1 Kirill Tatarinov Kirill runs the Microsoft Dynamics channel, his vision has seen Microsoft Dynamics grow to challenge SAP and Oracle, Kirill is responsible for turning Dynamics into a force on a global scale. He oversees the Microsoft Dynamics business, with responsibility for sales and marketing, R&D and operations. Kirill has been with Microsoft since 2002, and his development experience from his previous 15 year career in IT seems him respected by CEO's and engineers. He is a inspiring speaker with his key note speeches at Convergence as are his karaoke performances.

2 Doug Kennedy Doug joined Microsoft Corp. in March 2008 as vice president of the Microsoft Dynamics Partners team. In this role, Kennedy is responsible for managing the overall business relationship between Microsoft and Microsoft Dynamics partners. Before joining Microsoft, Kennedy worked for Oracle for 17 years, holding various positions within Alliances and Channels.

3 Adam Warby Adam Warby joined Avanade at its inception in April 2000, and as one of the founding members was instrumental in building the company and shaping its culture. He has significant experience managing and growing Avanade’s business operations, having served as General Manager and Senior Vice President for the company’s North American and European operations during his tenure. As Executive Vice President he has also led Avanade’s worldwide sales and marketing teams, and set the vision and direction for Avanade solutions. Creating the first partnership between Microsoft and Accenture he has created a true tier one ERP company focused on helping Global 2000 customers optimize existing and future Microsoft investments within their heterogeneous IT environment.

4 Thomas Olofsson Thomas successfully built WM Data to be the highest valued Danish based VAR when it was bought out by Logica. Thomas has proved to be such an inspirational leader and so valued in the community that he was installed as the Group Practice Director for Logica and under his leadership Logica have become the first Microsoft Partner to install in 50 countries.

2009 Position 9
5 Mike Gillis Mike is revered for the way in which he built Iteration2. It gained not only critical and technological praise, but was also one of the most successful VARs in terms of revenue generation. Mike was able to agree a buy out of Iteration2 by Hitachi and start a new Microsoft Dynamics VAR and develop the Field Service Industry Solution for Microsoft Dynamics AX. Mike through Hitachi has been able to form the largest partner channel in North America, Latin America and Europe.

6 Preben Damgaard Preben has the reputation as a pioneer, he was responsible for the development of Danmax, Concord and it was Preben who had ensured that by 2000 there were more than 74 000 customers across the globe and it was Preben that turned Damgaard into a business that Microsoft valued at $1.2bn the father of AX he now continues to be a substantial investor in the ERP space in Denmark and he still has that Midas touch.

7 Klaus Holse Andersen Klaus was named area vice president of Western Europe and Microsoft corporate vice president in May 2009. He is responsible for overseeing sales, management and operations across 14 countries in the region. His elevation is not seen as a surprise to those who have followed his Microsoft career, from when he was made the general manager for Microsoft Denmark in 2001, Klaus continued his ascent through the Microsoft ranks by becoming EMEA Vice President in 2003 and then in 2007 taking over as corporate Vice President of Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) sales and operations and general manager for Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen, Microsoft's largest development centre in Europe.

8 Terry Petrzelka Terry Petrzelka began building Tectura from a management buy-out from Scitor Enterprises in 2001. Since starting the Microsoft ERP reseller, Terry has managed an aggressive M&A strategy to grow the organization to one of the largest resellers in the world. He is responsible for the development and strategic direction of Tectura. He sets the vision and values for this privately owned global services company. He also drives the overall global sales leadership. He has developed Tectura to become the force of the global presence that they are today.

9 Jesper Balser Jesper founded Navision in 1985 and served as the company's CEO for 18 years. During that time Navison grew to become a leading worldwide ERP software provider for small and midsized businesses. Jesper took Navision public in 1999 and continued to lead the company until it was acquired by Microsoft in 2002. Jesper was responsible for continuing the Danish and European importance having seen more than 86% of revenues in Navision coming from Europe, Jesper made sure that the Vedbaek complex remain at the heart of the newly formed Microsoft Business Solutions, ensuring the European influence on Microsoft Dynamics to this day. After the acquisition he served as Head of Global Strategy at Microsoft Business Solutions before finally cutting direct ties with Microsoft. He continues to successfully invest in the ERP space in Europe.

10 Doug Burgum Doug was the founder and CEO of Great Plains who continued to have success when on finally joining Microsoft, just 20 years after first having the chance, he led Microsoft’s acquisition of Navision. By 2000 Doug had ensured that the company founded by mortgaging a farm had more than 2200 direct employees and turnover in excess of $200million, making the Microsoft buy out both inevitable and expensive. The two companies combined to create Microsoft Business Solutions. He left Microsoft to set up his own seed funding company Arthur Ventures where he continues to invest in Information Technology, Life Sciences, and Clean Technology.
