This list will be from an end users perspective. Although there are many ways to assess and to categorise add-ons, especially within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, such as functionality, price, usability, compatibility and reliability. The most important factor for end users however has to be ROI.

Therefore DynamicsWorld is challenging the providers of Dynamics CRM add-ons to show us real world experience of end users with the best actual ROI during the first 12 months following implementation. This is therefore a level playing field for all providers.

Those add-ons that come out best after evaluation and with the highest ROI will then be added to our list of Top 12 Dynamics CRM add-ons.
