TimeXtender was formed in 2005, by a team predominately emanating from NeoProcess. It was founded by Heine Krog Iversen. TimeXtender was awarded the Microsoft ISV Partner of the Year 2008 in Denmark. TimeXtender is based around being a user-friendly, drag & drop tool that delivers data validation, data transformation, data warehouse building and OLAP cube creation without requiring any handwritten code. As a result, you appreciate faster implementations, easier maintenance and a remarkable cut in costs. TimeXtender have created what they refer to as the drag and drop approach to Business Intelligence. With TimeXtender it is possible to easily collect and prepare data for analysis and present it in a format that makes it useful for accurate decision making. This means that whilst using TimeXtender the underlying code is generated automatically therefore simplifying the process for the developer and the end user. Yes they can but all the work that you need to do to ensure that the solution is perfectly set up does mean that you would be better off having TimeXtender or one of their partners set it up for you.
