Since being appointed as Managing Director of m-hance, Andrew Hayward has led the company through a period of unprecedented growth following the acquisitions of several leading Microsoft partners including elements of Maxima Holdings plc, Touchstone Group and Calyx Software. Through Andrew’s leadership, m-hance is now firmly established as the world’s largest Dynamic GP partner and the fastest-growing provider of business software solutions to mid-sized organisations in the UK. Now a truly global partner with presence in the USA, Ireland and India with strong reoccurring revenues, m-hance also provides Microsoft AX and Microsoft CRM to its expanding base of over 2,400 customers. Andrew’s approachable management style and drive has been integral to m-hance’s vertical market strategy resulting in a strong foothold in several key vertical markets including distribution, manufacturing, not-for-profit, professional services and infrastructure. By building on the development capabilities of the organisation, m-hance is now a software author in its own right providing a range of solutions that compliment and extend the range of Microsoft products including horizontal and sector specific solutions that are available via an international partner channel. Andrew’s background with Dynamics spans over 14 years and initially began when he joined Sytation, then a leading Great Plains partner, in 1998 before it was acquired by Microsoft in 2000. Andrew has been with m-hance (albeit under different brands) since 1999, initially as a sales professional becoming Managing Director in 2008. A consistent high-achiever, Andrew was named as the top Dynamics GP sales professional for five years running between 2001 and 2005 which saw him directly responsible for bringing in over a million pounds of revenue each year. Andrew’s qualities extend far beyond him being an influential leader and an accomplished sales professional. His in-depth market knowledge make him a key figure in shaping future innovative solutions based on Microsoft’s market-leading technology to support m-hance’s strategy of adding value to its customers. With more than 30 members, AxPact brings together the very best Microsoft Dynamics AX partners from around the globe to work together in winning and delivering international Dynamics AX solutions. AxPact has delivered over 1200 AX projects which accounts for more than 10% of all AX implementations. AxPact members also share a host of readymade advanced functional solutions for AX which can be accessed through the AxPact Additions website. In 2011 Michael sold his AX VAR business to K3, having built Sense since 1999 into one of the top 3 UK AX partners. The AxPact team recently launched CRMpact at Microsoft Convergence in Houston. CRMpact is built on the same model as AxPact and will recruit only the best CRM partners in their respective territory or vertical market. Michael has also invested in several strategic vertical markets and is a non-executive Director and shareholder in two established AX ISV’s, Omnica and Veratem. Michael now divides his time between running AxPact / CRMpact and working with K3AX to develop their AX business.
