John Kleb, CPA, is a partner at Sikich LLP and heads up the Microsoft Dynamics NAV practice. John has been enmeshed in the world of finance since hanging out his shingle as a accounting consultant in 1983. This was a tremendous professional challenge and greatly rewarding. Working side-by-side with clients, John found his niche in providing clients’ consultation on both financial and strategic areas. It was during this time that John became a certified Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution provider (at that time called Navision). Early on John recognized this product as a strong, comprehensive business solution that he could offer to his clients to streamline all facets of their business. In 1996, John merged his practice into Sikich LLP. Bringing his 28 years of experience to the firm, he and his team of accountants and Microsoft Dynamics NAV specialists, was now able to extend their reach to a wider-client base and expand upon his service offerings. Over the years John has grown Sikich’s Microsoft Dynamics NAV practice to become one of the premier Microsoft Dynamics NAV partners in the world and also serves on the board of directors of Partner Power International. John continues to show his enthusiasm and dedication for his practice and to Microsoft Dynamics as a whole. John was a co-founder of the highly successful partner-led Dynamics conference series, Directions. Currently employed by Columbus UK as a consultancy team leader Steve Weaver has been actively involved in, what’s now termed as, Microsoft Dynamics since 2000. Leading the process team within Columbus Steve helps guide the process controls of the SureStep methodology whilst playing an active role in numerous projects as well as contributing on many internal initiatives within Columbus to ensure they remain as one of the most formidable and successful resellers in the UK. During the last 5 years after joining Columbus Steve has been involved in over 20 AX implementations with the largest being a multi-million pound global implementation that successfully went live within an 18 month timescale. Steve’s specialism is around trade and logistics and production elements of the projects, evolving from his stock auditing and manufacturing background. He is fully certified as an AX consultant and can also cover CRM, Service, Process and MDIS solutions from To-Increase. Steve is highly regarded in the Dynamics world due to his vast experience, knowledge and impartial views and advice. In 2005, Steve became the first UK based Microsoft Dynamics NAV MVP, gaining this accolade for his high-quality contribution and real-world technical expertise. Steve now utilises the industry and product focused social networking sites to share his natural tendency to advise where possible. In 2012 Steve successfully requested a switch to his MVP award from NAV to AX to reflect the change in focus of his professional career at Columbus over the past five years. Brian Ocheltree founded his first business, Micropro Consultants, in 1983 while completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park. In 1988, Micropro Consultants was acquired by Friedman & Fuller, PC, a public accounting firm in Rockville, MD. In 1992 he founded e.magination, a Maryland based application development firm (http://www.emagination.com). As e.maginations CEO, Brian lead the firm to becoming a Microsoft Gold Certified partner, and a Managed Microsoft Partner in both the commercial and public sector verticals with a staff of over 100 full time professionals. In August, 2004, Brian sold e.magination and began work on PartnerPoint, which was launched April of 2005. PartnerPoint quickly became the largest community of Microsoft Partners worldwide with over 50,000 active members, and connects its members with customers and other partners looking for help.

Frank Maier is the CEO of OctoCon AG, a German NAV Gold partner since 1998. In the beginning he worked as Microsoft Certified Trainer, Developer and Consultant. Since 2003 he enhanced the engagement of OctoCon in international projects. Managing large complex international projects is an essential part of his daily business. As a project leader Frank has won at Convergence 2006 together with a customer the annual Microsoft award “Excellence in international project implementation”. Today, with more than 20 employees, OctoCon AG is specialized on international projects on behalf of their own or other Microsoft Partners. Frank is a very valuable member of the NAV-Community. Mark is the Program Coordinator for CRMUG, an independent user group for users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. CRMUG is one of four user groups run by Dynamic Communities, Inc., which also includes user groups for Dynamics AX, NAV, and GP. Prior to joining CRMUG, Mark was a Senior Manager at Tribridge, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and Inner Circle Partner, and focused on the selection and implementation of Dynamics solutions for mid-market companies.
