This will contain a list of questions that when completed can identify areas where you are not legally compliant, areas where your business is commercially vulnerable or areas that would need a tweak here and there to ensure you have robust procedures to deal effectively with employment issues.

Your HR Consultancy is headed up by Andy Selway (MCIPD) who is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

During his HR career of over 10 years, Andy has worked within a wide range of industries including financial services, business services, retail, life sciences, IT consultancy and local government.

Andy specialises in assisting small to medium organisations and has significant experience working in stand alone HR Manager/ Business Partner roles and setting up HR infrastructures.
